Abhyanga:

Ayurvedic heated herb oil massage one of the pre-panchakarma treatment that improves blood circulation, muscle recovery and flexibility, skin conditioning.

Wet vacuum cupping:
– improve blood circulation
– pain relief
– acne or cellulite treatment

Navarakhizi:

Perspiration-triggering body scrub with use of medicated herbal rice. Extremly effective against rheumatism, joint and muscle pain, back pain, knee pain, nervous weaknesses. It may also get rid off certain skin problems.

Patra Pottali Sweda:

In this procedure the leaves packet is used after heating in the medicated oil then rubbed vigorously over the entrie body focusing on the muscles and joints.

Raktamokshan

Ayurvedic leech therapy by Hirudo medicinalis. It is one of the panchakarma treatments as well mainly for circulation and cardiovascular diseases. Indications are still any aches or pain/knees, lower back, shoulders/ preventing injuries, diabetes wounds, swollen legs, varicose veins, skin disorders, hairloss, beauty face lift mask that bite doesn’t have to be on your face.

Shiatsu massage:

Shiatsu is a Japanese word, which literally translated means ‘finger pressure’. It is a specific form of healing touch, which offers us a way of supporting our body at all times of our life. It is a complete health care system which works with the body’s own resources.
