SPORTS Massage which concentrates on specific areas/ injures whether they are old ones or recent ones, working to improve range of movement and flexibility, reduce pain and increase mobility. (£45.00 1 hr)
SWEDISH (holistic) massage has many benefits. It helps to relax and de stress as well as improve the blood circulation and removal of toxins. Aches and pains are reduced and stress levels lowered. (£40.00 1 hr)
Treatments are tailored to your individual needs so you may benefit from a combination of sports and Swedish massage depending on how severe the problem may be. We will look at some stretches that you can do at home to benefit you and maintain your new found freedom of pain.
Treatments are carried out in a lovely warm, relaxing and quiet studio in Charminster, Bournemouth,
using HEATED MASSAGE COUCH and WARM OILS.
APPOINTMENTS BY PRIOR BOOKING ONLY (allow min 1 hrs notice -24hrs where possible)
