Drawing on over 12 years of experience in massage and reiki and 25 years mindfulness practice I fuse traditional therapeutic massage with sensual intimate touch and awakening awareness of the body in the present moment.
The session starts with a discussion of what brings you to the massage and from here we explore creating intimacy. This may include some selected activities for you to establish and explore your sense of boundaries using your voice and movement, and how to allow someone in to physical contact. How to say yes and how to say no.
We are exploring how to fully enjoy this present moment and as part of this may explore issues of shame or feeling of discomfort around touch and intimacy. As such the massage includes the genitals throughout the session. The intention is to invite you into a space where you can have a deep and authentic experience of your whole body.
Throughout the session the breath will be used to connect you deeply into your core and to expand the energy from here out into your body.
The massage is done on a flat surface and includes contact between each others bodies. I remain partly clothed but there is intimate contact as you explore feeling and sensing being held and caressed.
This is not a sexual service. You are invited to enjoy and rest deeply into being touched, held and caressed in all areas, but there is no reciprocal touch as the focus is on your experience.
