Energy work is the basis for the movements in this session & is therefore just as deep & intense as the full bodywork session, but is all about restoring & re-aligning your 5 body system & it’s energetic pathways through the feet, especially in terms of the energetic connections to earth & sky. This is not reflexology.

The induction & session development aspects are not included within the actual bodywork time allotment.
