Deep Tissue Massage
1 hr – £35 / 1.5 hrs – £50 / 2 hrs – £65
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It uses slow and vigorous strokes, and deep pressure concentrated on areas of tension and pain. It is very effective in treating chronic problems such as stiff necks, strained or twisted shoulder muscles, and lower back stiffness or pain.
It is a professional studio in a private house. A base of coconut oil and shea butter is used together with therapeutic essential oils for best results.
Working hours from 10am until 9pm daily.
Ena holds UK degrees in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reiki I and II,and Aromatherapy. She has been practising body therapy professionally for over 5 years now.
