Total Body Solutions was established in 2007 and since then has been providing clients with massage solutions for a variety of ailments.

Your sessions will consist of a full analysis of the potential causes of muscular pain, effective and fast treatment to treat the pain and rectify the causes and after care advise regarding what you can do to aid your treatments and to prevent the problem coming back.

We have a studio in Groby, Leicester and rooms at several clinics around Leicester. We are also a mobile business, and will travel to a place of your convenience for no extra charge.

We offer three types of massage. These are-

-Remedial Massage. A relaxing massage to help relive stress and tightness.

-Deep Tissue Massage. A deeper massage used to work out knots. Perfect for bad backs, tight shoulders or for other tight/ knotted muscles.

-Sports Massage. Perfect for injury rehabilitation and for specific muscular problem areas.
